No. Most of our clients are small to mid-sized companies — often with between 10 and 250 employees. If you have a leadership team in place and are actively working to grow or improve, we can likely help.
Can I choose just one service?
Yes. We often begin with a single engagement, like sales training or strategic planning. Over time, many clients expand into leadership development or ongoing advisory support.
What if we’ve already done strategy planning recently?
Great. We’ll build on what you’ve done — not start from scratch. Many teams need help applying strategy over time, not just setting it once.
Is this coaching or consulting?
