In the noise of the modern workplace, where information bombards us from every direction, truly listening can feel like a superpower.


For leaders, it's more than just a nice-to-have - it's a critical leadership skill with the power to unlock innovation, build trust, and foster a thriving team.


So, why do leaders struggle to listen effectively? Several obstacles block the path to genuine understanding:
